  • What are your business hours?

    Herbert's is open Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 10 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 9 PM.

  • Can we make a reservation via calling ahead?

    Physical presence is required to be added to our waitlist. At this time, Herbert's does not provide call-ahead reservations or online waitlist options.

  • How long is the wait?

    Typically, customers experience no wait to approximately 30 minutes. During our busiest hours, wait times may extend up to 45 minutes.
